"My husbands friend recommended the Balsas Burger at Rio Balsas, said it was the best burger in town and boy was she right! 2 beef patties with double cheese, lettuce, tomato and chipotle mayo, 4-5 crispy onion rings on a soft buttery bun, comes with seasoned, crispy fries with a soft center. Just how I like them. I ordered it Medium done and there was no pink and it was still juicy. So unexpected from a Mexican food restaurant. Very filling and I have to agree, the best burger in town. Chef Hector is awesome!"
"Authentic Mexican fare. Its a small standalone restaurant. Dont get fooled by the size and condition from outside. Very tasty food with some unique dishes. Very good portions. Nice margaritas. Nice staff. You get 2 types of chips. Certainly worth a visit"
