"Very surprised at the level or lack of service received. This location usually does a good job, but this was unexpected. I was seated waited 10 minutes for a server, I notified the host that I was still waiting, he stated he would let the waitress know. I watched him go back to the front and did nothing. I waited another 5 minutes. This is downright disrespectfully and not acceptable. Do better or hire people that care."
"Excellent for the whole family lunch and dinner!! Excellent service. Crisp salad. Steaks full of flavor. The ribs fall off the bone. Update 8-17-23. Went with my son for dinner. Giannna gave us the best service ever! The ribeye was delicious."
"We order the fried shrimp and test good. 2 steaks w m/p and test really good too. For drink I ordered the old fashion and test good just need little more angostura in my opinion. My wife ordered an sangria and test ok. Server was good too. We will Back."

"I love every bartender at this restaurant, Cindy, Jacob, and Chris are all totally awesome at what they do. Not to mention the food is always great. Even though it is a chain it is probably the best restaurant in the city. Today I felt like being a kid and got their chicken fingers, I usually get a steak. Man they were great I love this place!"
