"I ordered Panda Express through the mobile app, and I never received my food, through email the track order advised the driver picked up the food and left at 4:14p the delivery will be shortly at 4:45p by 5:07p the track order showed enroute. Then finally delivered at 5:15 and I’m standing out front waiting for the driver. I called the store to advise the tracker shows food delivered but I did not receive it and they stated I have to contact door dash?! On the app I am ordering directly from the company, I don’t understand what DoorDash has to do with the refund or remake of food. Anyway so I had to call corporate….. ugh I explained the story like 3 times to the associate at the store then the Manager then the corporate associate. Let’s see how this goes….."
"Pulled in at 8:24 on a Friday night. Asked if they have any more orange chicken. The guy at the fryer says “I’m not cooking anything else tonight”. They close at 9:30. Unbelievable."
"It's a nice experience not only to do a takeout but also eat there. Although, we had to wait a little wait because, the orange chicken finished, but the service was good just like the food."
"Jordan (the manager) is so friendly and welcoming! He was very attentive the moment we walked in, greeted us, and politely served us. Generous portion, tasty food, friendly staff, can't ask for more. Will come back for sure!"
"So this was our first time coming to this panda express and we have been in Roswell over five years. I cannot remember the store associates name I believe it was Ari. I think it started with a for sure. However, he was really nice explain to me how to order a platter if I wanted multiple nails and some of his favorite meat selections. I went with the orange chicken, sesame, chicken teriyaki, chicken noodles, fried rice and beef with broccoli. My favorite was the orange chicken and the sesame chicken. Everything that I had was really good with the beef was probably my least favorite. And the prices are good too.Can’t wait to come back."
