"I have been a client of Norma Perich for several years and I have not seen anyone else since. She is the owner and also an amazing stylist at The Cutting Edge. She offers an array of services from a cut you could most likely do on a lunch hour as well as extensive coloring, perms and the list goes on at great prices. They take appointments and also welcome walk-ins. She has created a cozy intimate setting to always make you feel at home and not at some chain hair styling place.
