Hardee’s

"This place usually isn't good but we haven't been in about 4 or 5 months. We decided to give them another shot. If you sort the reviews by newest ignore about the first 15 they're all fake. Half of the reviews are people that work there and some of the others are their friends and family. I literally heard them talking about it at the store about how they got there friends to go review it. I mean one review is literally they have a lot of parking spaces LOL come on that's not a real review. We tried to order but two or three things that we tried to order they said they were out of stock of. They weren't open when we first got there (at posted opening time) so we went to Walmart and came back and they were still just getting started. Staff seemed annoyed we were there. So we just left."

"They never open on time. You can get there at 7:30 and sometimes they not open yet. The biscuits are always burnt and hard. Do they not use a timer. You spending almost $8 for a sausage and egg biscuit they could at least be considerate and not burn the biscuits..their breakfast menu help keeps the business open geez!!"

"There needs to be a managerial overhaul. Visited this Hardee's while passing through and there was no one there, however we went thru drove thru and were told to pull in a spot and wait. We waited for an order of chicken tenders and fries (1 order) for nearly 30 minutes. I believe they forgot thay we were out there! Not acceptable."

"I went through the drive-through to get a burger. I had a coupon, buy one get one free. Received my bag and drove off. Something told me to look in my bag and make sure that I had everything and sure enough, I only had one burger instead of two I had to go back and get my additional burger. The workers appeared extremely lackadaisical when I first drove up which made me suspicious about my order. Good thing that I did look into my bag to see if I had everything that I had ordered. I was literally the only person there so how could you mess up just one order?"

"Worst experience ever!!! Pulled up for breakfast with only 2 cars in line took 15 mins to order my food,another 10 to get to the window. After paying i was asked to pull to the front doorto wait only food they were cooking my chicken biscuits.I sat out front 20 mins just to have to walk in looking for my food was then made aware they haven't even started my order. The Manger or older woman making the food started yelling like a psycho about how I wasn't gonna rush her on my food that I'd already been waiting 30 mins for. I asked for a refund which is when she again started yelling I could take my money elsewhere since I was rushing her to do her job! Very unprofessional and by far the worst experience I've had at this location, not that every other time I've came here was great. I would definitely recommend finding another location or even restaurant to eat at just based on the employees attitudes."
