"So today on my birthday I came into the Qdoba located on Church Street. I'm assuming the owner or manager, Pratt, had an attitude from the beginning of my order to check out. She was very rude and unprofessional. As I got ready to check out, she stated she did not want to serve me. Yet, she's the one with the attitude. I politely told her to have a good day and wished her a better day because I'm not going to allow her negativity to affect my birthday or my day in general. So, beware when you come to this place that you may not get good customer service. It's really ridiculous because I've spent a lot of money here. I will take my services elsewhere. I wanted people to know what the experience was like...it was horrible, unacceptable, and unnecessary."

"I was so sad that the store discontinued the impossible meat. My daughter had a chance to eat it and I wanted to experience it. Didn’t get that experience but the staff were so polite, kind, and so freaking friendly. I’ve enjoyed my visit and will be back. "The food was really good and fresh. The tacos were filling and I enjoyed their chips and salsa. The team was very pleasant and my meal was prepared with care. They have plenty of toppings and one of my favorites were the pickled onions. They have a nice sized, clean outdoors eating area which made my experience even more enjoyable."
