"This place looks nasty ( see pictures ) 2 of the Ladies that work there have long hair that is not tied to the back of their head!! I can only imagine what the hair is touching while they r working at a restaurant!! The carpet looks nasty! Never been changed or cleaned in ages. You make money but r. It willing to spend money to make your business presentable. It’s a shame!!"

"The customer service was very good. Wish so had the young ladies name, she helped keep a positive atmosphere - Because there were “NO” drinks available- besides the lemonades. And the lemonade machines looked horrible and one of them had the top off of it. Thankfully they had botted orange juice. I needed to rest for a while. The dining area was ok."

"Terrible experience a couple of days ago but just posting tonight. Our drive thru experience was slow although cashier was friendly. Get to the window, she’s taking at least 5 minutes to ring up an order and completing my debit transaction. In the meantime, she’s eating Halloween candy perhaps but it was 2 Tootsie rolls while handling my card and placing her candy in her mouth while touching her lips. I should’ve canceled then but my son was hungry and we never eat out since I’m a stay at home mom on medical leave. We eat home cooked meals but I threw caution out the window after reading reviews at other locations in the area. Get to the window, the back up cashier does NOT speak, just hands my food out the window, no acknowledgment. Checking my food, the nuggets are missing..I ordered the $5 Biggie pack. We’re going back and forth because I told her that I know what I ordered. The first cashier rung my order up incorrectly, seems to try to fix it by taking off $1 but nonetheless, overcharged and incorrectly processed my order..probably knew she messed up. Another young lady went ahead and gave me the 4 nuggets, but my son’s burger was lukewarm as was the fries. The nuggets were the same but I was already aggravated..son said let’s just go to practice. The fries were nasty..seem to burn the back of my throat. I think it’s a combination of processed food vs my home cooked meals that I usually make but the poor guest service makes it worse. A waste of $6.41! I want what I paid for regardless of how much it cost. You cannot complete an online complaint without having to do backflips filling in the prompts so I called to complain at the store level. The manager on duty seems to understand my level of dissatisfaction and offered to replace my food but I explained that I normally don’t eat out and definitely haven’t eaten at Wendy’s in countless years. I certainly don’t want a re-make of food that I don’t like but wanted to bring it to her attention. She was apologetic but I told her that this is why a lot of people stopped eating out..poor guest service and lack of sanitation. Lesson learned to stay at home."

"Worst Wendy’s! Every table and chair was dirty looked like it was wiped down with a dirty sticky towel, floor had spills that wasn’t cleaned up wrappers and trash, no soda selections or lids or napkins everything was out plus the employees had their hair down with no hair net and was almost in the food because it was so long. Smh"
