"If I could give 0 stars, I would. The last time our unit was serviced, the Technician, John, made an error and caused a ton of carbon to be flushed back into our home. It clogged all appliances and fixtures. No water pressure what-so-ever. The install manager, Justin Roberts, came to our home and "fixed" everything. Little did we know that the shower in our guest bath has NO water running though due to being clogged by carbon. Another tech came out and attempted to fix it and said if it did not clear up in two days to call them back and they would replace the pipes. It's been two weeks of constant messages being left with no return call. We have no water in our guest shower. Making a complaint to BBB as well. Run from this company!!!"

"This was such a horrible experience with this rainsoft soft contractor. The technician who came out to install the system was pretty cool. The customer service is horrible my system was leaking the very next morning after installation. Contacted the technician back he said he will fix it with some JB weld. We told him no we did not want to do that we want to repair the system properly. The system had been leaking 1 to 2 gallons of water a day into my house. It is 3 weeks later system is still leaking 1 to 2 gallons of water a day on to our floors. WCW air say we are now binded by contract and only thing they offer us was free filters to make the situation better. This company customer service are great big liars and the attitude is horrible. Someone in a office hung up on me twice while trying to get the situation taken care of. I called the company for days did not get a answer. They come out with this elaborate scheme to get you to buy in to it and then hold you off until you are binded by the contract and then they turn it back on you. We have legally not even sign a contract yet and it says on the invoice that we can have to system remove but they refused to remove it only offer to give us free filters and once we contact home depot they have done nothing to help us as well. Stay away from this company they are liars and deceivers. The sale person told us we will receive a lifetime supply of cleaning supplies detergents and other items and found out that to be false. After reading the reviews that technician even told us that they will moved assistant full free twice and I see that that is a lie. After speaking to Jeff he threw his technician under the bus and said he was not that good of a installer when it comes to the systems and that is probably the reason why it was leaking."

"We purchased this $7000 system in 2013 after having our water tested from a kit at home depot in Cedartown, Ga. When the salesman came out and gave us his spiel, he told us that if we sold our home they would move the unit twice over the lifetime of ownership. So...we sold our home and finally purchased our dream home on the creek and called to have our system moved with us. When I explained to Fran what the salesman had told us, she became a bit belligerent and said they don't do that but she would check the contract. I went and got my own copies and looked them over and sure enough the salesman did not write that down. I assumed since he told us that it was standard for your company. My bad for trusting the salesman, right? I waited for Fran to call me back and that did not happen, so I called her. I told her that I could not find it in the contract and she informed me that the salesman would have had to write that down as they have to pay for that themselves if that is what they promise. I find that a bit strange. Anyway, she then informed me that is was going to be a disconnect fee and then $150 per hour to reinstall, plus $250 for a new pressure regulator. I was furious with the company and myself for trusting the salesman to be honest and expecting the company to stand behind the word of the salesman they employ. I let her know that I was going to contact the home office and I was told that you would do nothing to help me since the contract does not have what we were told. So I have paid the disconnect fee and have moved the system to my new home. I waited for 3 weeks for the young man to contact me set it back up. I have sent about 15 test messages, have been stood up twice and now ...NOTHING. I have a $7000 paper weight at this point. I can't tell you how disappointed I am with this company. The system is fantastic and I do not regret the purchase, but if I can't get it up and running in our new home, what is the point. Customer service is the pits."

"The product is good but the service is horrible. They lied to me about the financing. They called and got a home depot card in my name for me to finance. I never spoke to the credit card people. The rainsoft employee told me what my payment would be which was $50 a month. It was only that for 6 months and then jumped to $327 a month. They also told me they would move my system for me once for free if I moved houses. They now tell me it will cost me $150 just to uninstall and the even more to reinstall. Bottom line is the product is good the employees lie about everything just to make a sale."

"We had a wonderful experience with Rainsoft, and love the product! The rep who did our free water testing was so knowledgeable and honest. We also received a gift card for Home depot for completing the test. The only reason for the 4 stars is the 3rd party install company, I wasn't personally thrilled with. They were hard to understand throughout the process and just took a lot longer than we had planned on. However, the soap lady that came out to see us was absolutely amazing. She was very apologetic about the install company and let us know they are working with them, and have been doing great as being taught how Rainsoft handles business with customer. So huge relief right there. The soaps were a little different to get used to only because we use a lot less than before, but we have noticed a huge difference in my daughter's ezceema which was a relief. I would recommend this product to everyone, because everyone will benefit in some way. We will be adding additional equipment they offer later on. Glad we made the decision!"
