"Horrible staff extremely rude and extremely slow service. I never leave bad reviews but this staff is truly bad and ruined my night. I am always extra kind to those in the service industry because I know how difficult customers can be but the manager as well as the staff were awful and rude. I asked for help with a rewards issue and was sassed about how the app just doesn’t work and that’s not their fault and then after waiting 15 minutes for my food (in the drive thru) items were left out and i had to then drive back around and re order items as they would not give me the things they left out of my original order unless i PAID FOR THEM AGAIN. I then had to park and wait for french fries? The person who brought said fries then rolled their eyes when i politely said thank you (which was frankly hard to do at this point). Absolutely ridiculous for a wendy’s it is NOT that hard to be kind."

"Every time I stop at this location it's always slow inside to a turtles crawl that I often will just leave. It shouldn't take 10min to ring up a frosty. Or when you order a "hold" item and they give you just the thing you don't want. I'm truly disappointed in this location as a whole from each experience over the last 2 years just disappointing all around."

"My son found this in the bottom of his frosty and they didn’t do anything about it but give the 3 dollars back. I had to drive back up there. The manager didn’t apologize for it or nothing one of the workers did. The manager treated me like I put it in there. This is unacceptable and gross."

"Avoid eating at this location at all costs. This morning, I stopped by to grab a biscuit before church and was met with terrible service as soon as I arrived at the drive-through. The staff asked me to pull forward and wait for ten minutes while they "cooked" my chicken, which was already a bad sign. After receiving my order and taking the first bite, I was shocked to discover that the chicken was completely raw. I immediately turned around to ask for a refund and to complain, but the staff refused to open the door and I had to walk to the drive-through window to speak to them. To make matters worse, they didn't take my complaint seriously and only refunded a portion of my purchase. Overall, this place is absolutely disgusting and I would never eat here again. The poor service, uncooked food, and unprofessional behavior of the staff are unacceptable. I highly recommend staying away from this location."

"Waited about 20mins in drive thru, ended up placing a mobile pickup order. Expected the food to be fresh & hot after long wait, instead it seem like it had been cooked earlier and sitting a while. The photo is of the chicken on my Classic Chicken Sandwich ... very flat, overcooked, and dry. HIGHLY disappointed the few times I've been to this particular location and this was my last time going."
