"I had an appointment at 10:30. I arrived 20 minutes early and told the girl at the front desk when she finally noticed me, my name and that I knew I was early but would be happy to wait. My appointment time came and went without and further contact from anyone. After 15 minutes past my appointment time I left. Very bad customer service."
