"Dining rooms nearly always closed after lunch. Assume this is a drive thru only location. If you have the patience for the drive thru check everything before you leave the window. Your order will be wrong and they don't give a flip."
"Food was good but the customer service is ghetto. I ordered an expensive jumbo fish ultimate deluxe platter. It was supposed to come with two fish, two hushpuppies, two sides, two crab cakes, five jumbo shrimp and an order of small shrimp. They left off the crab and two types of shrimp. When I called they were extremely rude and the manager said there was nothing she could do about it. Cashier says she checks every order but she does not. That is a lot of food missing. I would have loved my crab and shrimp."
"This location is slowly improving. The last few visits, they were super slow. I spent over 20 minutes in the drive thru line. This may be because the associates are rarely the same. On a positive note, the food is usually fresh when you finally receive it. You are able to order in the app, but I had to go inside to pickup the order which wasn’t ready. The cashier told me they don’t prepare it until you arrive. I was expecting it would be ready at the time stated in the app."
