"Very nice workers. They work fast. The food has been getting skimpier and skimpier at this location. Fancy Nancy should (according to the menu) have pecans, apples and grapes. Today it had zero apples and zero grapes. And a smidgen of tiny pecan pieces. I will be asking for my money back"
"After leaving the gym, me and my friend decided to check out Chicken Salad Chick. As we walked it in it gave us a homie/dinner vibe. Staff was friendly and very welcoming. We had the chicken salad sandwiches on wheat bread. The bread was so soft, everything was amazing!!"

"I downloaded their Android application and placed my order after I had gone over the menu. You have the capability of picking the time for pick up. The shop itself is cute and quaint... very clean. Several staff members seem to be in training. No one had my order ready and after I opened my application and showed my order to them they seemed surprised. After a few more moments they found and printed my order. The variety of chicken salads I had chosen were all very good. Kudos to the company for having several all these different types of chicken salad. A bit more training of the staff is needed. I will be back, perhaps then I can give 5 stars"
