"They wanted to charge an extra $3.50 to add just a few more pieces of chicken on my nachos. The lady who took my order only put one scoop of chicken, which would be fair to ask for more. I’ve always asked for another scoop, if necessary, and I was always given it with no problem or charge. An extra $3.50 for some more chicken is ridiculous."
"I’m not sure who these little wannabe swoll kids that work the line and the fat dude just talking in front of my face when they should be making my order. And then giving me attitude while finishing my order, this shift was at 7:49 PM on Monday, 5 February. Horrible service! All these cool kids do is talk about girls when they should be working. This establishment should be embarrassed that they have kids like this working in there. Not a good look."
"Have not ate at miss for about 6 year, but back then everything was fresh good and proportioned correctly. I ordered 2 tofu salads for pickup .the containers were only 1/3 to 1/2 full. The tofu was super soggy. Did not finish my mail."
"12/14/23 Made previous review 3 years ago and haven't been back since....I figured they would have learned how to clean by now. I was also told they got renovations about a year ago, however, the renovations look like a half way renovation and a cheap attempt compared to the other locations nearby (such as Hiram and Kennesaw). It definitely seems to be an owner issue that needs to visit the store way more often and be involved. New photos show old chicken piled on the grill, nasty salsa bar, and both trash cans stacked high with garbage. Not sure what happened at this location. It use to be kept clean...not any more. The counter where the food is prepared was nasty, the booths were nasty and the place needs to be updated. Maybe there's a new manager or owner or just teenager workers that really don't care, but if this is what Moe's accepts as their new standard, that's really unfortunate."
"Just left and the staff absolutely just made my day! Service was fast and very polite! Everyone was smiling and spoke to me and my daughter. The food was delicious and will definitely be back to this location specifically even tho I’m sure the food great at all of them. Thank you"
