"I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. When I walked in, there were no customers and the employees were in the kitchen area on their phones or sweeping. No one greeted me or acknowledged my presence. The employee who was sweeping seemed more concerned with that task than taking my order. When he finally did take my order, he didn't greet me or say thank you, he just asked what I wanted. The sandwich I ordered was disappointing and I ended up paying $28 for a sandwich and two soups. I would never visit this location again."
"I’m a huge fan of Panera. Have been for years. But let me tell you, Sharon. She was top notch. Sweet and so very kind to my husband and I. She deserves all the good things in life. Food was amazing as always but ended up coming out to us quicker than usual! Y’all keep doing what you’re doing."
"I just wanted to say that I really like the warm bowls from Panera especially the Mediterranean bowl. However, I was so disappointed today. It was drenched in tahini sauce and sour cream, all the arugula and avocado slices got soggy. This is such a great dish but it has to be set up the right way in the bowl to enjoy. I would love if time and consideration is placed in presenting healthy food."
"Only one ordering tablet working, the associate she seemed bothered to take order. No patience. My mom order the roasted turkey avocado warm. She pulled the old lettuce, tomato and almost old avocado out. I ordered the warm Greek chicken bowl. It was cold , rice cold . So we passed a customer on the way in who was throwing a whole tray of food ( flatbread untouched) into the trash. That should have been a sign. It’s not the staff working there. They are working. But the problem starts with leadership. If no one inspects what is expected this is going to get worse. The baked goods counter and shelves are empty. It’s PANERA BREAD? I decided to look at reviews and saw the low score after we ordered."
"The service was good. We got our food in a reasonable time and it was fresh and tasty. The bread bowl was a little tough to chew but tasted great! The tables were pretty dirty so that factor determined where we sat (the cleanest table), but it was good and we will definitely go back."
