"Not all locations are great all the time. Don't ever be surprised by this as their employees are overworked, underpaid, and under appreciated. That being said, my most recent experience was great! The server had a great attitude, was prompt, and friendly. The grill operator was wonderful, too. She (I am assuming) paid attention to detail while preparing the to-go order. Nothing was over or under cooked, and my husband was very happy with his meal once I got it to him. Tip: Don't order Waffle House to-go if you don't live close by. The food steams in the containers, so the quality changes."

"Ordered food online. When I get their my food was ready but their was no cook, so I don’t know who cooked my food but whoever did they need to be trained again. Waffle turned out be undercooked and Texas cheese steak sandwich looked terrible and just tossed in the to-go box any kind of way. I also added a tip to the order online. Since there was no cook in the kitchen, who did I tip!"

"If you enjoy being ignored for 7 minutes after you walk in, look around and realize you are the ONLY customer this is the place for you. If you enjoy cold food, overcooked food and shivering while you eat, this is the place for you. If you enjoy what you had hoped to be a calm breakfast turned into a reggae jam fest come on in, you won't be able to have a conversation because the music is so loud. Let's not even discuss the fact the waitress had to be approached to request a coffee refill as well as going to the register to ask for your bill since all 6 SIX employees stood around drinking their coffee and sharing pictures or something on their phones. This waffle house has never recovered from whatever turned them into a slow, cold and poor quality location."

"I order my food over the phone waited 15 minutes they said went inside food wasn’t ready. Young lady on her phone, touching her face and no gloves packing my food and taking her sweet time. Went to the back for a while lady with red braids took over. She was very quick and great service but I didn’t appreciate my receipt not having detailed cost. It was a work order and everyone needed to pay for their food and I couldn’t find a way to break it down except evenly. Noticed charge of $7.08 twice I felt tricked. I noticed once I arrived at work. Check your tickets twice and make sure you aren’t being forced double to pay tip, although I was already paying a tip. I felt played and it sucks because I work across the street so order frequently."

"Always a good choice for Breakfast. Everything was delicious and prepared perfectly. Waffle A++++ I ordered the All Star Breakfast with grits, Cinnamon raisin toast, bacon, and cheesy eggs. Grits were stiff like I like them. Apple butter for the toast yum! Cheesy scrambled eggs were perfect too. My parents would be proud... cleaned my plate, lol. Kelsey was awesome and friendly. Right on the spot with refills and always with a smile! Awesome breakfast!"
