"Just sat in the drive through line for 10 minutes, before going to the window, where the employee watched us and didn’t open the window. There were people inside, online hours said open, nothing on the drive through said they were closed. The people before us even ordered. I’ve experienced enough times like this at this Wendy’s I’m finally leaving a negative review."
"There were 4 of us "Senior" (elderly) ladies. On the way home from a funeral, we decided that we were all hungry, & were looking for inexpensive place where we could eat in close to home. Since WENDY'S was across the street & it was already dark, it was decided that it was the best & most convenient place . Since we were not rushed, the 4 of us were able to thoroughly able to enjoy our food & visit."
"So I took my friend to get nuggets for her 1yr old. We sat in drive thru for over 30 mins without an order being taken. I drove around to the window to find out why our order wasn't being taken, I pulled out my phone and started recording. This is low we where treated"
"Ordered breakfast at drive through. Food and a diet drink. I was asked to pull up as they needed a bit of time since they were out of eggs. After 25 min i went in to see what was taking so long. I was told it would be a little longer. I asked for my money back and was told i would need to come back the next day. At this point i demanded My money back. After a long back and forth with the manager he refused to give me the money for my drink back. So i said ok and took the rest of the money back. I get home and am not feeling well. I am diabetic and took my sugar is was way high and o am normally in great control. Not only did they screw up and not fulfill my order but they gave me a sugar filled soda! Avoid this horrible store like the plague!"
"Went to Wendy’s to try the breakfast , dining area is posted to be open but the door was locked. Seems like they are still operating through the drive thru. Please update your restaurant with accurate hours and information, thanks."
