"I ordered online since they have deals. It was convenient as well. Didn't wait long, they found my order. Food was just ok. Chicken nuggets were hard. Cheeseburger was good. We just needed something quick to eat and this sufficed. Not in a rush to come back though. There are other fast food restaurants that are better quality."

"The food tasted good. However, there was a small miscommunication with how I wanted on a few of the hamburgers. When I was trying to help before they were finished making them entirely, there was a slight attitude given. I then tried to apologize to be polite and was COMPLETELY disregarded and over talked by one of the supervisors or managers who were helping prepare orders. That is not great customer service at all! And I have worked in the field for over 15 years."

"Management was horrible. There was a bug in the whopper. Luckily it was on the edge of the burger before my husband took a bite. The people didn’t apologize and acted as if it was not a big deal. you all should check your food before you eat."

"Pulled up to the drive thru. Ordered the 2 for $5.99 each deal they were advertising on their menu outside. Got to the window and they asked for $21.21, so I explained I wanted the 2 for 6 deal. The guy said they "didn't have it in their system". I clarified I saw it on the menu, outside, currently being advertised. So he shrugged and did nothing. I drove around, took a picture of it, got BACK in line, took a picture of the advertisement when it came up, and ordered it again using the exact wordage on the advertisement. The drive thru person (who has changed to the manager at this point) walked outside to look for the advertisement that had now DISAPPEARED! THEY CHANGED IT WHILE I ORDERED. I showed her a picture of the advertisement, as well as the order of the person in front of me to prove it wasn't an old picture, and they told me that they're not giving me the deal, because it's not in their system. I was a restaurant manager for 9 years. The manager could have adjusted it, or offered me a buy-one-get-one or something to make up for it. Instead, they gave up a sale, and now have lost a customer and everyone else I can tell about this experience because they didn't want to adjust a lunch purchased for $8 difference. Bad choice. I know me never eating there again will not impact their profit margins that much, but I will NEVER be back, and I will let everyone I know hear about this experience and actively persuade people not to go there because of this dishonesty."
