"Customer service was very good. As soon as you step in, they say hello and have that "Southern Hospitality" you're always looking for. The smoked wings, sweet potato fries and peach cobbler are our go-to. Love, love, love it."
"I absolutely love Shane's! My order is never wrong, the staff are always friendly, and the food is already delish. I forgot my debit card and the cashier said if I knew my card number and had my ID that matched the name on my card she could enter manually so I was still able to get my order."
"Ones of my daughter's LOVED her Cowboy burger! She had to smash it to eat it cuz it was so big. My other daughter loved her bbq pork plate. She made a bbq sandwich and loaded bbq fries with her plate lol. My hot bbq wings were great..I got too full so we brought them home!"
"Theres usually something missing or not prepared right when I order TAKE OUT! Not here! They nailed it with some TOP NOTCH service! I was impressed that the Manager was right there along side the staff, assisting and helping customers with their orders! He made sure every item on the ticket was there and made to order, and everyone was happy! When he wasnt running food to tables or bagging TO GO orders, he was running the register taking orders when the line got long. Definately a well oiled machine they have there, Keep up the good job! Now, THE FOOD!! HOLY SMOKEHOUSE!!! Everything we ordered was amazing!! The taste was fresh and totally hit the spot for BBQ!! Funny we never tried this place before. But now that we know whats up, WE WILL BE BACK!! I recommend this place for casual and family dinning. The dinning room was clean and welcoming offering a cute ambience."
