"I drive 30 minutes, to drive to the Taco Bell in Woodstock off of old highway five. They close early everyday, will take your order then never make your food and you sit at the drive through. This store has to be a franchise or used for money laundering or something, because it’s always bad. I hardly see anyone in the drive through. There’s a chikfila, and Wendy’s next door. And if you want cheap Mexican, paradise in the same parking lot is awesome! Seriously there are bought bots in review"
"Came here at 9pm and was told all the grills were already turned off. Yall close at midnight… why are you turning off what u need to cook 3 hours early. Also the drive thru attendant could’ve let me know that before I began ordering. All I got when I pulled up was “Taco bell” in the most unamused voice possible. I get working fast food sucks and I’ve been there. But if it’s your job do your job! I now have to drive 20 minutes to the other Taco Bell."
"Apparently the grill was down and they couldn’t do anything on the menu that was grilled. The cashier was extremely rude over the intercom. I only got 6 soft tacos and they took 13 minutes to come out. The meat was lukewarm and the tortillas were ice cold. When I got to the window the cashier was so high she could barely keep her eyes open. If I could give 0 stars I would. This was my worst Taco Bell experience. Never coming back to this taco bell."
"I got three chicken quesadillas and a taco and I thought everything was fine besides the guy seeming to not know what my order was and forgetting my drink until I reminded him. By the time I was already out of the area I went to have a bite and despite the quesadilla being warm the cheese was still uncooked. It was the same for the rest of the quesadillas and made them inedible. Since I was heading to work I had no where to store them or reheat them so I wasted money on them, the taco was fine though. But god damn, how hard is it to cook a quesadilla?!"
