"The fries were good but you could tell the oil needed to be changed; the fries were too dark. The burgers were soggy and tasted like they were in water before being served. The women's restroom had feces on the wall and floor. There was no soap, just hand sanitizer. With all of that said, the girl that took our order, was very nice."
"So we moved out of state and don't have a Krystal where we live. It's one of the foods we miss. We bought a bunch of them last trip (some for now and some for the freezer). The staff was really nice and I enjoyed our visit. The only complaint I might have is with the building maintaince. The air conditioner was leaking into the condiment bin, and there's no sign on the ladies' bathroom. Probably won't go back,..... it's 800 or so miles from where I live."
"If I could leave no stars I would, if you come here after 9 they will tell you they are only doing DoorDash orders but really they aren’t doing anything and just refusing services. They turn away soooo many cars and they all end up next door at Burger King. Definitely losing money at this point and a bad business decision as Krystal’s used to be open 24 hours or at least till 4am"
"Absolutely disgusting. Waited 45 minutes to get an APP order. The restaurant was filthy. There did not appear to be a manager on duty because the employees were yelling, out back eating, all the while, the drive-thru line was sitting still. A sign on the drive-thru speaker indicated the headset was broken and you had to order at the window. After waiting 35 minutes in a line that did not move, I walked in and found that the cook wasn't even inside. He was outside eating. My order had not been prepared even though the APP indicated it was. When the cook finally appeared they began throwing my order together and handed me a bag of what can only be described as a disgusting, soggy, stale sack of garbage. Truly disappointed. Shut this place down. I'll go to the Burger King next door where customer service, food quality, and cleanliness are valued."
