"I got the pork chops lunch special and the chops were cooked perfectly! The Mac & Cheese needed salt but was fine. Sadly the greens were a DISGRACE!! Me along with several other people tasted them & all agreed that there was something in them that we had never tasted in greens before. I think it may have been tarragon which makes NO SENSE!!!"

"Da Menu… Long story short, we went against our better judgment and went back after choosing to abstain from the business since the summer. After 6 months, give or take, a long day of working on my feet, and needing dinner for my family, reluctantly I went back. Well, after almost an hour of waiting I was informed that the turkey wings I’d ordered were sold out and that I had the option of replacing with turkey legs, I’m not at the fair and if I were I still wouldn’t order a turkey leg. I was asked to replace the poultry with what was left on the already limited menu and landed on a Ribeye. It’s almost an hour at this point. Asked for a steak and sat down to wait for my food, “It’s $15 more .” I’m confused, after an hour and you sell the food I’d already paid for, not only do I have to WAIT longer but you expect me to PAY MORE TOO?!? I asked for a refund, “We don’t give refunds.” I stepped into a very ignorant side of myself but I was beyond pissed!! As a business owner I have very high standards when it comes to customer service. They’ve failed several times. However this will be the LAST time I take my hard earned money into that establishment."

"I decided to grab food on the way home after a long day at work. I ordered the Oxtail plate with sweet potatoes and brussel sprouts for me, and the Salmon pasta for my son. The wait didn’t take long & the ladies up front were very friendly. However, when I got home to eat…The only thing on my 3 very large Oxtails was fat and sauce. The Salmon pasta was so salty that I had to rinse my son’s Salmon off with water just so he could eat it without the pasta. I called the restaurant and initially a female told me that she was the Manager, but once I explained about our food, she clearly had to keep relaying messages to someone else. I was told that they don’t offer refunds so my only recourse is to drive all the way back there and have them remake it. I explained I was exhausted, so perhaps they could just take my name for a future offer, but was told no and sorry for the inconvenience after relaying my message to someone else again. This is my second time here, but I will not be returning. My head is literally hurting already from the amount of salt used in the food. A waste of $70!"

"Literally one of the best spots we have tried in GA. It’s a whole in the wall but the food is crazy good. The lamp champs and the sauce was the best I have ever tasted. The ribs were smoked to perfection."

"I tried Da Menu yesterday. The food was 7/10 My chicken was burnt. Customer service -5/10 My mom and I walked in for the first time around 2pm. We weren't greeted or even spoken to by any staff. As we were trying to figure out how to order the cashier seemed annoyed and tried to skip over us to the next people in line. My mom was like no we were first. So rude. It took nearly 40 minutes to get our food. Yes we saw the sign on the door but we didn't expect it to take 40 minutes for 3 chicken wings and 6 shrimp especially since the sides were sitting uncovered in the front of the store buffet style for anyone to walk over and touch or bugs to land on. And NO. We were not the only ones there to have this opinion. It was not inviting, we will not be telling our friends, and we will not be coming back."
