"Ordered food via the app and then drove up there, (5/10minute drive). Food was still not done even though their drive thru was empty when I arrived. Once my food was completed I grabbed it and when home to enjoy it. Once I was home I noticed that the sticker on the box was correct but every item inside was wrong. I’m not sure why I keep coming back to this location. It’s as if I like being letdown with my orders here. That bad part is, is that my order is usually wrong. I complained in the beginning but as you can read from other comments, complaining rewards you with having to wait longer and the feeling that you’ve now ruined the vibe in the kitchen by requesting to have your order corrected."
"The problem with this Taco Bell is that they do not follow their posted hours. Everything is completely random, so if you plan on visiting after 8pm I would always call ahead to make sure they are open and that they aren't out of any specific menu items. That's another thing. They are constantly out of this or that and you won't know until it is too late. Really makes ordering through the app a nuisance. Not to mention no one really cares. It's Memphis after all. If you want anything resembling decent service, well good luck with that."
"Stopped on our way driving from Atlanta to Birmingham - ordered food on self check out waited 20 mins no one acknowledged us. Asked for a refund waited at least 5 mins and then enquired about how long told me he was working on it - 5 mins later asked again was told I told you working on it - then couple minutes later did you pay by cash or card!!! Patrick Harris was very rude told me other people aren’t as inpatient as you!!!"
"Came to this Taco Bell December 11th a little after 12am and they all are a bunch of liars. Pulled up at drive through they said they weren't taking any orders because they were behind orders due to doordash. They told me to come back in 20 minutes so I waited. 20 minutes waiting I saw no one from door dash come and get orders. After 20 minutes I pulled back to drive through and now they tell me they are closed for 15 minutes due to stocking. WTH. I drive off and they just chilling. Super Ridiculous. Worst drive through experience ever."
"This is my go to Taco Bell. The staff are friendly and the food is always hot and fresh. This is the first restaurant that gave me nacho fries that were hot and crispy. I'm sure it helps that I go at like 10 am."
