"The food was good but we ordered take out and they included no silverware. Our sides like corn and green beans required silver ware. We were eating in a hotel, tired and not wanting to make a trip back to the restaurant. The portions were small for my husband especially considering the price. The food was warm and they included a lot of bread - probably enough for at least 5."

"Arrived at 8:45 with reservations for 16. Seated at 9:30, drinks and rolls by 10:15, food at 10:40, checks at 11 one person didn't get fries that were ordered as her side and waitress told her well it came with the meal there wasn't a separate charge! Seriously, did not take it off. Then spent many trips trying to get tickets straight, manager had to work on receipts because their new machine wouldn't take cards. We could pay with cash, wait for them to enter each item manually and run or card or sign the receipt and she would enter manually aftwr we left. Never offered to cover our meal or 3hrs we spent at the restaurant mostly waiting. Do not recommend. We left at 11:45! It was not crowded when we arrived. A positive waitress was super nice. Employees may need to find another job because at this rate they will not be employed long, it will definitely go out of business."

"Went in on a Saturday afternoon. Was promptly seated, a waiter came to our table took our drink and appetizer order. Once our order was placed he came then to get our meal order. Food was very good. My wife ordered the prime rib and it was cooked perfectly for her. I ordered a rib eye steak that was prepared perfectly for me. That was probably the best steak I have eaten in many years. We definately left with smiles on our faces and plans being made to return at a later date."

"The prime rib is awesome, great flavor. The only downer was the sad horseradish. It tasted more like mayonnaise, the quality of the prime rib was so good and that was a total bummer. The queso dip is super, and the tea was good!"

"Placed a pickup order for a salad at 9:15 pm. Walked into the restaurant at 9:30 and waited at the to-go stand for 15 minutes before anyone approached me. Waited another 15 minutes to get my food. Got home and found no croutons on a Caesar salad. If you want great service go to their competitor. If you want good service just grab fast food. If you like to wait around for mediocre food with no service then this is the place to go. UPDATE: Went back a week later and again didn't get greeted. Took another video with just me standing in the lobby alone. Refused to order anything this time so went next door and had a great dinner."
