"This place would be really good if they kept their bathrooms in top order, they had no toilet paper, glad that I checked before "going." Food was great as always but it is a downer when a fast food like Chick-fil-A hadn't got their bathrooms in order. McDonald's sure, that is what I expect at McDonald's in terms of bathrooms."
"On two separate occasions, I have stopped to grab breakfast. Both times, this establishment has failed to deliver an edible biscuit. The first time, they gave me a rock hard old biscuit with frozen cheese in it. Today, they gave me again a frozen peice of cheese with an old broken biscuit. They should go and train with the chick fil a in Rome. I unfortunately will not be back for a third time."
"When arriving at this location just after 10am, an employee opened the door and greeted us into a pleasant atmosphere. The employee taking orders at the register was very nice and we got our food in about 3 minutes. We ordered 3 chicken biscuits. They were 11/10 as usual"
"I did an app order and picked it up through drive thru on a Saturday afternoon/evening shortly before dinner rush. They were steady but not slammed busy. - wait was not bad, not more than 5min from check-in to being handed my food - freshest & most perfectly salted fries I've had from any fast food place in a while, burn-your-mouth hot - honey pimento chicken sandwich is bomb and I got it for free through an app offer from the manager of this store - milkshake was delicious - they got my order right including minor sandwich additions & all the sauces (they've actually never messed up the handful of times I've been here) - always get all the utensils I need - my interactions with the employees are usually brief since I order on the app but they've always been kind I work fast food myself so I know how it is, which is also why it's very rare that I get fast food (maybe one or two times a month, at most), but the employees and management here are doing a great job."
