"In not sure who yall have on headset this morning as I didn’t get her name but she was so sweet and welcoming. She was very professional and honestly helped my mood this morning. Normally all of your cashiers have wonderful attitudes."
"We stopped in here for dinner tonight while passing through town. They were pretty busy with a long drive thru line and people coming inside. We had 2 things wrong on our but they fixed it quickly. All of the employees were very friendly and everyone was working hard. All of our food came out hot and fresh and we didn't have to wait too long."
"Had to wait 20 minutes on a 20 piece nuggets. Three cars in the drive thru so we went hoping it to be quicker only to have to wait on food to cook. Really unprepared for a Saturday night rush."
"Went to drive through and all I ordered was a large caramel frappe, no whipp 2 espresso shots. Lady behind me ordered a small frappe. I was told to pull up while her & the person behind her, who had actual food, got their orders & were gone before they brought mine, with no espresso shots. I wonder if they know we can tell when we don't get our shots because the consistency is different and the taste is definitely different. Will not be going back to this location."
"Stopped in on a road trip and ordered my son chicken nuggets. We didn't receive any dipping sauce so I pulled to the front and sent him in to grab some. The girl at the register charged my son (10 years old) for dipping sauce. He was taking longer than expected to return and I walked in to check on him only to find him paying for sauce. Absolutely ridiculous in my opinion, but no worries, we will never be back to this McDonald's."
