"If you’re looking for a a giant menu with lots of different renditions of queso covered bland Mexican dishes; this isn’t it. I don’t live in ellijay, my town has 7 Mexican restaurants, and I still make the drive for this spot. El Ranchito is an absolute gem. Everything I’ve had has been unbelievably flavorful. The fresh tortillas, salsa, and meat choices are unmatched. I’m particularly fond of the lengua and barbacoa. Amazing value for money as well."
