"Ordered hamburger ketchup only. I checked it at the window and the burger had some cheese on it. It was like it was put on then took off leaving some. I told the girl it was wrong and she snatched it out of my hand. A guy returned with the burger and I asked her name. He said she was the manager. Her name is MONTANA. Very rude Montana and not the way a manager should act. I will let Kim Hawkins know."
"After many years of having a breakfast biscuit at Jack's the one I had Wednesday morning was awful! It was flat, hard, and tasteless! The sausage was tasteless also, but I guess after 27 years of great biscuits one bad biscuit can be the exception! Maybe the little old biscuit maker was having a bad day, but the coffee was great, as usual!"
"Remember as a kid when the ice cream truck would come rolling near the house; well this has nothing to do with that... A great visit to a classic burger joint. Clean and nice floor plan. Bathrooms were clean. Staff was friendly and the food was great. Great offers on meals (including a patty melt meal deal). Don't forget to get a side of gravy for freedom fry dipping."
