"When we went in employees cleaning tables and floors. Staff at order taking fast and friendly. Food was outstanding all fresh and hot. Employee bought our food to the table very unexpected over the top for quick service. All staff very nice we came from Dalton to eat at LJS we wish we had a store in Dalton but it’s worth the drive. Great store."
"Wow! Throw back to 40 years since I entered an LJS. I managed one 40 years ago. Staff was great, nice menu selections. I can't wait to bring my wife back for fish tacos. I'll be back!!"
"My sister went to the Drive through and ordered, when we got home we had a big surprise. The crunchy things they put in the bottom of the box was about an inch high and the French fries was hardly there they had them scattered in the crunchy So you wouldn't notice that there wasn't any.The fish were so Greasy you could squeezed the grease out of them. It was awful."
"Long John Silvers is a place not known for quality. Typically its a mess, covered in grease, and the employees are sketch, but the food is always fire! This Long John Silvers, however, was probably the cleanest one I've ever seen. It defintely has aging to it, but the employees and the facility were actually in ship shape. Food was delish, as always. I'd go here again for sure!"
"The food is an anemic joke. I just paid $12 and change for shriveled up fish too tough to chew, cold hush puppies and french fries. It was so bad I took a photo. Pathetic restaurant coupled with egregious service. I'm sure the parent company may have interest in this given its 80% stake. Franchisees have a standard and responsibility which is clearly not present here. The health department likely needs to be contacted."
