"I have always loved 7 11. The only issue with this particular store is some of the employees are extremely unfriendly and unpleasant and make you feel like they are either to busy for you or they are annoyed that they have to get off there phone to ring you up. One lady is very paranoid and thinks everyone is shoplifting. And will yell things like " don't think I don't know what your trying to do" and more then once has left me personally standing at the register in the middle of ringing me up to go follow other customers around the store to make sure they wasn't stealing all the while leaving the counter unattended."

"The employees at this store are always on point. I never have to wait long, without a good reason, and they are all consistently nice and friendly. I appreciate all of you! Keeping a smile on your face and a kindness in your tone is difficult these days. I appreciate you all and so do many others. People are just used to giving the negative feedback.
