"Do not bank with them! They are so dishonest.. I cannot do business with them in a normal manner, I had a issue with them during my divorce with my ex husband talking to them, now they lock me out of my account so I can't make my mortgage payment, I have requested my account number for the mortgage account and payoff and they are refusing to give me the information I need to properly do busines, I have had my attorney contact them about this and they are giving them the run around. So I strongly advise anyone looking for a bank, not to choose them!"

"Let me start by saying I’ve been with this bank for at least 6 years. I deposited a check I received from a lawsuit VIA ATM, and my ATM access was suspended. I made contact with a rep to find out the check was flagged as fraud. I ensured her I have no reason to do anything fraudulent. The check was released/cleared about a week after I deposited it. Ever since I’ve had a bad taste in my mouth when it comes to Five Star. Luckily I have other accounts with different banks."

"Please, don’t waste your time banking here. If, you have an issue it will take days if not weeks to get resolved. I have utilized all the avenues in place to have a cash deposit credited to my account with no resolution. No one will return my messages, customer service is useless and it has been one day short of a week and I am still hundreds of dollars short. I have also physically visited the bank to notify them of the issue. I hate this bank."

"Tried to put money in an account over the phone using a credit debit card. They said I needed to go to the bank and show identification to be able to do that. When I got to the bank they said their card system is down, which it's been down for 6 months. They told me to pull the money out of the atm. I'm not paying extra just to transfer money. Worst customer service I've had at a bank."
