"I have an account at Robins but also have a Delta community account. I needed funds from my Delta account transferred to my Robins and a cashier check printed as I am in Macon and not Atlanta traveling. I was disheartened when I was unable to transfer the funds myself from branch to branch online. Candice Wilhite went above and beyond to help me. I did have to call Delta to increase my limits for the transfer but she handled the rest with grace. She made my day. Thank you Candice for solving my issues with a smile. It was much appreciated!"

"I have been banking with Robins for at least 40 years. It is a great CU. But, I am writing this review to let the superiors know abiut the great customer service that I received from Makye. He was highly professional, courteous and friendly. He went over and above the norm. Good customer service is almost non-existence in this time so I wanted to give him his props."

"Ivey Calhoun is terrible for business. Closing all my accounts and moving my loan to MidSouth, where you're actually treated kindly."

"Location is hard to get and out of road splits and you will see, at one entrance, ha. Must get out of car to go to ATM. All the staff wears masks, there are partitions, at every teller 6 out of the 8 were available. There is available sanitizer when you walk in and a desk with partitions. Very clean bathroom. This location asked me to pull down my mask, to verify it was me. I was thinking about this when she was getting my cash. I decided I like this, the Jones Co location, does not do this, nor do the tellers where masks. I have to post this clean bathrooms, since public bathrooms are hit and miss."

"Recently I went by the ATM machine in Macon, GA and I deposited a large check and I thought I would get so much of it deposited into my account immediately and so much will be put on hold for two days until the check cleared the other account. I looked at my account this morning afterward and I noticed nothing was deposited. So I called the bank and asked them about it. I told them I'm so used to banking with Bank of America and they deposit a certain amount into my account immediately and they hold so much until the next day. She put me on hold thinking she was going to clear some of the funds. I was thinking they were checking to make sure the check was good. She came back about 7-10 minutes later and told me that there was not only a 2 day hold but it is going to be put on hold until April 10. I was livid because if I had put the check in my Bank of America account I would have been given so much immediately and so much would have been put on hold until the check cleared. I have never experienced a bank holding your money this long. especially in a time like this when people need supplies and money during this Coromavirus virus without prior notice before depositing it. It’s like they are holding it to make interest from your money. With technology the way it is now they could have reached out to the other bank within a couple of days to make sure the check was good. She did ask me who was the check for and why such a large amount. I told her where it came from and why it was sent to me. It took me mail 7 days to get the check in the mail and now they are putting this hold on it till April 10. This is why I will not be dealing with them on a level like this. I am not use to this at Bank of America. I will only use this account for petty funds. Please take note before you are caught in the same predicament."
