"I don't know how the Titlemax on Rocky Creek and Pio nono got a 5 star review..oh yeah, the big girl with the glasses has a gift of gab and ask to give a review after downloading the app. You will never get what you need..they want you to pay more than the monthly bill and the interest is unfair..and don't be late! They are to distracted and cannot multi task to ask questions. They will have you sign off on things before the offer come through and that is not fair! They have a good scam going and I will never return! If I need another loan and hopefully I won't, I will not recommend this place! Either hire more help because big girl try to do too much and I got tired of switching seats because obviously she know it all. She is nice nasty . I am late posting and paid off my loan 2 weeks ago but coming in making payments, I wish I kept the app then dealing with these fake customer service reps! My brother told me I should went to the one on Eisenhower where they explain EVERYTHING and let you decide on your own without making you look desperate! And please don't let them pressure you into giving them a review because you got something out the deal! I feel so cheated out of my 2017 in Excellent condition because I had a low credit score and it was my first time getting a title loan which made it in the 500's or whatever was the reason for the price I ask, they gave me way lower than what I asked (but my credit score is over 710! )I might as well have gotten a bank loan Or another financial institution and DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GETTING AN ONLINE QUOTE!"
