"I'm new to the area and got recommendations of what company to use for my project. I got my master bedroom re-carpeted due to a flood so I worked through my Homeowners Insurance to complete it. I had Hurricane Floor Company come do an estimate for me and they told me they'd call me. After coming out to measure, days went by before I finally called him to get the estimate. He had trouble remembering what project, the address, and who I was. I still hadn't come down to pick out samples, so I did that and let him know what I was wanting. He said he'd send it to me by the next day. Days went by and I hadn't heard from him so I called him back. He hadn't worked on it but said he would send it right over. A weekend passed and I called back asking for the estimate. Finally, he sent it over and I was able to order the carpet. I was told it would take three weeks to get so I marked my calendar because communication hadn't been great so I expected having to follow up. Three weeks passed and I even let it go into week four when finally I had to call them. When I called, they were able to do the project the next day (which means, they had the carpet and hadn't called to make an install appointment). They came the next day while I was at work, did a great job, but I never heard another thing. No "we've completed the work" or "thank you for your business" ...nothing. The product was great but the service didn't exist. They received over $2100 for this project and not a single "Thank you for your business." They can certainly do whatever project you're wanting and the quality of work is there, but you will absolutely have to drive the project, communication and get no "thank you" in the process. Just know that going in."

"The staff was great but I will never again deal with Keith he does not care about his customers and he acts put out. It took over 8 weeks to get a same entryway completely. I will never recommend them. Just a side note we had them replace our carpet and kitchen floor so this was not the first time that I used them we had issues the first time with them having to come back. Keith attitude was bad then. Lesson learned."

"I just recently purchased a new home and was looking to replace 5 rooms of carpet. I am a very picky person when it comes to my home and what type of quality goes in it. I first spoke to Barb on the phone who was very very helpful and she didn't make me feel like i was just another client. She told me about their huge show room with plenty of options to choose from. The next day I decided to drop in. I was greeted with a smile with the owner Keith. He was super nice and showed me around explaining in detail what each carpet was like. I had no idea the difference in so many carpets. They even had a carpet that was water proof, which was perfect for my kids! Long story short...I bought 5 rooms of carpet from them and not only was I impressed from the very first impression but the work they did was outstanding. When they were finished everything was cleaned up and even the vacuum was ran! I couldn't believe it! I was so thrilled and happy! would i recommend this shop?? Absolutely! by far best in town! I now know why they were voted BEST IN THE VALLEY! Keith and his team at Hurricane Floor Covering and design is the way to go!"
