"We ordered 4 items for delivery. When the driver arrived, he only had 3 of our items. When I asked about the missing item, the driver told me it's not his fault and there is nothing he can do about it. He said I have to call the store and ask for a refund for the missing item, since I prepaid with a credit card. When I called the store the person that answered the phone said she was the manager. She was very short with me and had a bad "I don't care" attitude. The only response I received was "I'll let them know you want a refund". I'm curious to see if we receive the refund. I will say the food we did receive was very good. This is very disappointing. This was once a great store with good service and excellent food. However, the last several months have been disappointing at best. I would not recommend this restaurant any more."

"UPDATE: The manager and regional manager went above and beyond to make it right!!! An hour and 45 minutes to get a cold, burned, smashed pizza and salad with browning lettuce."

"Worst experience ever! Ordered breadsticks with Marinara sauce they delivered just the marina sauce but no breadsticks..I called to get a credit and the employee stated that the credit was on my account. When I ordered online today and called 2 mins later at 7:55pm to redeem the credit the employee told me that my order was already out for delivery and I couldn’t redeem my credit. I informed her I ordered literally 2 mins ago.. she placed me on hold for 10 mins then hung up.. when I called back, she informed me that they will deliver my credit of breadsticks with the current order. The order she initially stated was out for delivery didn’t come until an hour later (9:10pm..), cold pizza, and not even cut and also never received my order of redeemed breadsticks which she initially said was to be delivered … I called back for a refund and was informed that a manager would have to call me back to refund my order… I don’t understand why somebody couldn’t issue a refund immediately or how they could forget an item I paid for twice in a row. Worst domino experience ever don’t order from here!"

"Seriously they need to be out of business at this point. I ordered $60 worth of pizza. It said it was delivered 10 minutes before it actually got to my door. We were out hounding the neighbors for our pizza and they just hadn’t delivered it yet. When it got there it was burnt and there was no sauce. I tried to call 4 times from my phone and like 3 more times from another and they just kept picking up and hanging up on me. I couldn’t get through to anyone. They are robbing people of money and the delivery driver was just so incredibly rude. The only thing this place is good for is stealing money. Save yourself and go somewhere else"
