"Whichever young girl that I dealt with at the window was extremely rude. I wanted the chicken strip meal and I specifically said meal and she only gave me the three piece chicken strips and no fries So I told her that I wanted the meal that came with the fries Apparently, there was nothing that she could do and I asked for my card back and she slammed the window And was extremely rude. She then turned back to her coworkers and laughed. It’s not that difficult to charge me for an extra fry and give it to me at the window. I’m not sure what the issue was. People need to learn better customer service it’s ridiculous This was at 1:45pm Tuesday Jan 30th"
"Probably the nicest, cleanest Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to! Food was good and the gentleman working the register was extremely friendly and offered the best customer service! Will happily be back!"
