"Food is just ok, they just keep running out of stuff all the time. This time around 6pm there were out of few items. I don't know why they don't keep publishing the food policy changes somewhere on bulletin board in the shop. With time this specific spot just keeps going downwards. I keep expecting them to improve but it's all in vain. There are other better locations than this. Absolutely pathetic!"
"I don't typically leave bad reviews because i know everyone has bad days, etc. However, we consistently have issues with this Chipotle location. It used to be they never had veggies because nobody wanted or was able to prep them. Today took the cake...we wanted a kid's make your own taco and then we're informed they could not make anything with sift taco or burrito shells because their warmer was broken and the tortillas are cold so they couldn't give them without warming them. So we ordered and paid for an adult bowl. Then we see them making burritos at the to-go prep side. Apparently they cannot warm tortillas for people in the restaurant on that grill, only to-go orders. What?!!!! John's Creek, you now have our business."
"I usually order pickups here. But recently I have been missing items, especially with kids orders. Once there was different item instead of actual chosen item. When asked about it they simply said chosen item was out of stock. It would have been nice if they had informed prior or atleast while picking up. Kids get very disappointed for not seeing what they hoped for."
"Found a bug in my burrito… I thought it was a random bean (didn’t order any) until I pulled it out and saw the legs… I couldn’t get anyone on the phone (automated machine) so I submitted a complaint online. Will not be returning."
"This is probably the worst business establishment I have come across. They had issues with online orders every single time I have ordered from this place. It seems like they intentionally screw up online orders - very very low quantity, stale food, no ingredients as mentioned, missing items and above all, they charge you for every single top up whether they really include it in the order or not . I have attached photos of the order I have received(order as it was received and immediately after opening the box). Take a look at the quantity and the quality of the items provided . The order doesn’t even contain the requested ingredients."
