"This is by far the most one sided lender I've experienced. I've been borrowing from this company for several consecutive years. I own a Bentley amongst other vehicles, in which is paid off. I've been a faithful customer and have been put on the spot to surrender my Bentley in exchange for a loan of $15k after paying off a loan on time previously. After I agreed and have requested another loan these people want me to surrender my vehicle again. This is after ive stayed committed through two loan cycles, after they have made plenty of money off of me..they still offer no loyalty to me as a customer. I'm at the lowest risk and the Highest probability of paying the loan off with no issues. I'm a realtor..this disloyal company had me miss a meeting just to wait on a loan for over three hours in which I still haven't received. And still nothing. Do not borrow from these people!!!!!!! They are sharks, have no respect for loyal customers, have no respect for time, puts you in a lower class by ignoring you and requesting that you put yourself on hold. They don't know how to understand that it's our money that keeps them going. Cheryl is good but her counter partners will lie and trick you out of a good experience. Go elsewhere"

"Dont waste your time going here they put in the contacts fine print if you miss just one payment they can come get your car at anytime and they do.Then only give tens days to pay them in full in cash or they can sell your car . There interest rates are super high to make it impossible for you to pay them back and they don’t work with you at all because of course they want to sell your car. The company that originally had my loan got bought out so i had no choice when came to deal with them and almost all of them had bad attitudes except for the African American lady named zulema. Just call and see how they answer ghetto and very unprofessional . In my opinion this place is a ripoff. Borrowing money from the devil himself would be better then going here."
