"RUN!!!! There is another location about a mile down the road ! Pawned my title recently to help a friend bond out of jail and I spent more time in title max than I did at the jail !!! The staff needs to be retrained so that they aren’t having to call other employees at other stores to walk them through simple transactions. I asked for a check and ultimately received the funds electronically because of the agents error and I did not receive the full amount that I pawned my title for . As if being there for over 4 hours wasn’t enough , I was promised a gift card by the manager on my initial visit and upon completing my loan the district manger Rashad was present and refused to give me the gift card and also refused to give me the remaining I was owed from the loan . I contacted the distract manager and he assured me that I would receive a check and that has been 3 weeks ago and I have yet to see it ."
