"Stay away from this loan company Madison and the branch manager bamboozled me. They do not help or work with you when you're behind on payments. They dont do deferment like other loan companies I'm associated with this company is the Worst. They be nice and soon as u miss a payment you will see their true colors. They will sic the courts on you and will not try to work with you. Called the office madison was rude and denied she told me about the lower payment and the branch manager of course took her side she was rude and threathen me with the courts again. This is by far the worst see for yourself miss a payment and watch how nasty they can be.. if i can give a ZERO i would. Madison and Kim is the nastiest and worst set of individuals... First Franklin owner responded to my review acting concerned about my issue with them, I have left a few messages on the 800 numbers of course no call back etc. That reply was just for the people. FOS"
