"Melody was my teller and it could not have been more obvious that she DID NOT want to be there. Her attitude was horrid. It actually kinda put a damper on my day! Everyone is allowed to not have the best day, it it would be wise if the tellers— the face of the bank— to act like they care even in the slightest bit."
"Imagine a bank that hates it customers… I opened an account bc I live near the Virginia Ave location, directly across from Delta Airlines HQ. I assumed that ATM use would be no issue bc it’s a major branch. I was wrong. Routinely the ATMs are not working, and when they are, the lines are INSANE. Take your business to another credit union"
"Today I was there for picking up a new card that was already approved in another branch, but they ha been experienced some issues. I said that to the employee at Service desk and he told me that he will call me when next associate available. After 25 minutes and when I was next one, there were a couple of clients that just got there asking about something and the employee immediately pass them to be attended. So I was left there and the employee ask me if I nobody called me. What unprofessional service and this is the second time I have been worse attention at this branch. Worst place to go banking."
