"The food was disgusting I ordered a party pack with all of them having cheese no pickles no mustard and no onions. Half of them came like I wanted the other half came with pickles onions and mustard. Also , the tater tots party size seem more like they’re meant for one person. Never coming back"

"We've heard from friends that Krystal burgers are all the rage. Passing thru GA we finally came across one and gave it a eager try... Big mistake, they were soggy & barely warm. On top of that the employees at the counter were rude & short with us. Customer service is hard, But to put on your customers your disgruntled emotions is just not acceptable. Needless to say the experience was less than satisfactory. Won't be returning to any of the Krystal locations... 819 West Second St., Tifton GA, on 1/17/24 2:29 pm.. To Management, you need to support your crew better & know what's going on."

"I had to give at least 1 star or they wouldn't let me review. Ah, Krystal's. Where did you go so wrong? OK, here, I'll start. You're employing the heart of xanax-nation. -The attendant couldn't keep his eyes open, let alone remember that you just told him he didn't give you the correct change. 24$order paid with 2 20s, and yes, got coins back but no bills. (We did that dance 3 times.) - The attendant asked us our order twice, and still almost forgot the fries. - We asked for the receipt, the attendant went to go print it (because we didn't get it any of the times we got our change back) and he couldn't find our order. Had to go get a "supervisor" who also did not know how to find our order and reprint the receipt. (Still never got one) Now the food. The sack tasted like it was under a lamp for the last 3 hours. The buns were crusted/crunchy but the burgers were mushy. They had an actual nasty taste. The fries were OK until they got to be mushy also. We were highly disappointed. Never have we had a Krystal experience like this. We drove over 600 miles especially for this meal and, it just, it hurt. I hope yall can do better in the future."

"Ate at this Krystal today while stopping in the interstate to get gas and something to eat. Decided to eat at this Krystal and it is the nicest one I have ever been to. It was modern, clean, the staff were friendly and the food was good. Definitely recommend this one!"

"Beware the worst customer service I have ever had. We spend over $30 for breakfast sandwiches I asked for unsweetened tea with Splenda she never said they didn’t have any Splenda. When I got my food and tea I asked about the Splenda she said they only had sweet and low then told us we had to go back through the drive-through which was back up already. She never offered to get it and bring it to us. Food is nasty and covered in grease. These reviews needs to give everyone the option of giving what we really want to give a -2* . So I when across the street to get me a good unsweetened tea. The service is very good at the McDonald’s across the street which I had just got my food from there. Only reason we went to the Krystal was because where we live they don’t have a Krystal and my husband loves the Krystal burgers. But not at this one I don’t think he even ate his burgers that we had to wait for. After all the wait for the burgers they wasn’t even cooked all the way. How can you make someone wait almost 20 minutes for Krystal burgers and not get them cooked all the way. My daughter said they couldn’t eat there’s either. So I guess I’m going to change my -2* to -10* please don’t waste your money on this place. Nasty food and very very unfriendly service."
