"The food was good when I finally did receive it I had to wait 30 minutes for my food and the atmosphere is inside of a Chevron gas station so the choice is yours but whenever you do get your food, it will be fresh chicken was good but I’m a little upset about the 30 minute wait"
"Had to wait 30 minutes for spicy chicken. I didn't mind that because my chicken would be nice and fresh. When I got my chicken and drove back home every piece of my chicken was HARD. My twin sons could not even eat it. If I would have got just 1,2,or 3 pieces hard it would have been ok but I had a 20 piece box and every one of my pieces of chicken was hard. To drive 20 miles just to get your favorite Chicken and when you get home to find it hard is just wrong. Do better Church"s Chicken!"
"As far as preference goes. I like my chicken to be seasoned. Church's chicken is actually fried well. It's just not seasoned enough to my taste buds."
"Every time I've had a doordash here after 5pm there is always a 20+ minute long wait, the order could've been there for a while but they haven't started on it and there's no other orders there. I get it if the order was big but sometimes the order only has some biscuits. The employees there clearly haven't been trained well, most of the time the employees are slowly working and asking questions. They have been told me an order was cancelled when the manager came and the order was on the screen. This is the worst Church's I've ever been to."
