"Went through drive through. They had me pull around to wait for food which was fine but they took forever to bring food out. My daughter got Frisco melt and it was not good as usual. I don't know if they were.low staffed or what it was but they are always slow. I'm not going back for awhile"

"I stopped at Hardee’s in Tifton Georgia this morning and got into the drive-through at 10:15 and there were two vehicles ahead of me. By the time I finally got to the speaker it was 10:29 AM. I was asked for my order and started to give it and was told hole please and no one returned until five minutes later to take my order. I ordered a cinnamon raisin biscuit and a biscuit and gravy and a small ice water. The biscuit was so dry and the biscuit itself was not a golden color. It was absolutely brown throughout. You could hardly distinguish the raisins from the biscuit. It looked like it had been baked yesterday and reheated again today . The lady at the window I believe she had a manager or assistant manager tag was wonderful. She apologized, and she was kind. She looked and acted very stressed. I understand staffing shortages, but this poor woman was worked beyond relief. I am sad to say that I will not visit this location again. waiting in line that long and then having to wait again to place an order it’s not how a drive-through operates. There were vehicles behind me that eventually pulled out and left without ever placing an order. Again, the lady at the window was fantastic. It was not her fault and you could tell that she was doing everything to get the orders out. please hire some more help before you lose so many customers that you have to close. Yes it is that serious."
