"Came in to cash some money orders this morning and the lady tried to tell me that I couldn't use my passport (foreign) as an ID, even though I opened my account with that same passport. I've never had anyone from SunTrust/Truist tell me that or have a problem with my form of identification, I felt discriminated. This location needs to train their employees better and be more open minded"

I called to verify I would be able to get something done with my mortgage at this branch before driving 45 minutes one way from my house due to the other nearby branches being closed due to covid. Once I got there, I was told I couldn't be helped because we didn't have our checking accounts with them."
"People are helpful and great, but the walk up ATM needs replaced- badly. It looks rough, so I should've known better, but I needed to make a deposit and the bank was closed. Long story short- took my money, but the good folks at SunTrust investigated and gave it back within 2 weeks."
