They provide cost estimates before proceeding with care, so you can determine how best to proceed. And every person there is knowledgeable to ensure you have all the information needed to care for your pet. They have helped and advised me through several emergencies, so I always know who to call when my pets need help. Dr. Logan is especially fantastic with rabbits. If you're in the Ohio area, I highly recommend taking rabbits here. The Norton staff truly are the best group of people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing."

"After bad experiences at MedVet Hilliard, decided to take my baby to Norton, a place where they know bunnies better. My bunny, Pema, was cared for like she was their own.
