"We both ordered the new chicken wing meal. Mine came right away, but my husband had to wait 35 minutes for his. Then half of his were room temperature and had obviously been cooked hours ago. Mine tasted old. The only good thing I can say is the 2 young men at the front were friendly. What looked to be the managers came out and took a break while we were still waiting for his food. It was not busy at all. No excuse."
"I’ve been going to this Popeyes on Slappey Blvd in Albany Ga for a few years! Tonight was the best customer service, so bubbly, so friendly!! Bridget is her name! The food was hot and delicious! A lot of times before chicken was soggy, mash taters were cold or hard! But it’s close to the house! I give Bridget 5 stars for her lovely personality, and 5 stars for the cook! Oh and the food came out fast! Hope they keep up the good work!! ❤️❤️"
"I have had 3 horrible experiences at this location. The first time the lobby was closed and the drive thru was wrapped around the building. 2nd time ordered a family bundle of spicy strips they told us they would have to cook fresh. 15 minutes later they come back and let us know that all their spicy strips have gone bad and wanted to know if we wanted to wait for more regular strips to get cooked fresh. Got a refund and left. The 3rd strike was when me and a friend went to get a couple of strip meals giving them 1 last chance. We specified when we ordered that we wanted lots of blacked ranch because we love it. The lobby is antique with some of the panels barely hanging on the walls. We were afraid a rat was gonna jump out of a hole in the wall next to our booth any minute. The syrup calibration was off on the drink machine. When we finally got our food did they actually let us know they were completely out of blacked ranch. If you are looking for good chicken in Albany keep driving. There are at least 6 other much better places within a couple of miles."
"First time getting the wings.. we had to wait a little but it was soo worth the wait!!! ROASTED garlic Parmasm were soo good! Good sized wings!!"
