"The food was good, but they gave me the wrong chicken strips, I asked for sauced and tossed but I got regular strips, wasn't a big deal but at least I had dipping sauce. One of the employees acted like she had an attitude that evening, don't know what her problem was. I understand things can happen at work, but don't take it out on a customer who hasn't done or said anything to you."
"Got a banana split and box of dilly bars. $20.71 Good serving but wanted walnuts . Nuts are available for $1 more... but still was enjoyed."
"This was my second experience with Dairy Queen in Albany - one each for Dawson Rd. and East Albany - and I have to say they've been interesting. Both locations indicate they open at 10 AM, but I don't recommend you arrive at that time unless being disappointed is on your to-do list. That start time appears to be an estimate. Thankfully, when I arrived shortly after 10 AM yesterday on Dawson Rd, there were two employees in the store. I needed an ice cream cake, and I have to say, they were very helpful - even icing it down for my travel and making me a white mocha shake. When I left $39 later, no one else had arrived, and the lights still weren't on. So, if you're taking an early lunch, might want to scratch off Dairy Queen?"
"Ordered a couple of Bacon Two Cheese Burgers in the drive thru. The burgers weren't bad but they did forget the bacon on one of them. Little bit upsetting but not the end of the world by any means. The girl at the drive thru was all business over the speaker but quite kind at the window. I'd return if I was in the area but I'd check my order next time."
"After stopping for gas, we needed to refuel ourselves. Luckily this Dairy Queen was a block away. We stopped for Blizzards and Shakes. Customer service was quick. It would have been quicker to use drive thru, but we wanted to sit and rest a minute. Typical food and pricing. I would highly recommend this location!"
