"My son who has been here for three months every week came for a make up class and the teacher Patricia was EXTREMELY rude to me and said she was NOT taking him when I asked what class she was teaching. She didn’t even answer my question in who she was teaching she just walked away. I had to get the manager to tell her in FACT she was teaching my son because he was here for a make up class. I will never have her as a teacher again and will leave immediately if she is the sub. I am now looking for a new place to have my son swim who respects their customers properly."
"Swim instructor was very rude from the moment we walked in the door. She has no patience or understanding for kids. She shouldn’t be giving lessons for kids with her nasty attitude. And walks up to me after the class and doesn’t say anything about my child doing well, just makes negative comments about my child clearly being a little too excited for class. If you can’t handle children being excited, don’t work with them."
