"The employees at the Fort Oglethorpe Branch were absolutely amazing. When they saw me come in with my 80 year old mom in a walker they were quick to get us seated in a cubicle and helped us get some issues straightened out. Top notch service for sure!!"
"I have driven put to make a deposit through the ATM, as I am unable to always make it during business hours, only to find this function unavailable. Why is it not open to all functions 24 hours through the ATM?? And to think if someone needed that cash in there that night to pay a bill going through and they are unable to make it but could get an item returned or an overdraft charge....is that the case? I have banked here 15 years and it's not good bank business to advertise and say these things are offered and available yet when the customer drives to the bank they find out its unavailable on MULTIPLE occasions."
"Friday afternoon noon. Two tellers open...super long line inside and out... The ATM is usual only has half it's functions . Regions in general is problematic lately. As much of our money they take you would think they'd have better service for their customers ..."
"Really bad customer service. They are very rude and act like they don't want to be there or want to help me when I'm asking simple questions about my account. A charge was not showing as pending so i had questions about that. I do not recommend this branch at all. It was humiliating to be talked down to when I'm a customer. They didn't even seem concerned that I had a problem with my debit card that the last three numbers on the back were difficult to see. They just made me feel like I'm the one doing something wrong. It was a real twisted mess. This is not the first time I've had a problem with this branch."
