"My company is traveling from out of state and stopped at this location. During our experience, the machines went down and only accepted cash. We had to pull this information out of Allen, the cashier, who leaned over the register totally unbothered. We only had a $100 dollar bill and $16 in cash. Our total was $26.07. He rejected our money. Trying to figure it out on our own, we tried to order through mobile ordering and had an issue. When trying to make amends, Allen was extremely disrespectful and rude. He didn’t offer any solutions. He was very combative. When we asked if they would work with us, he told us that “You don’t get to make the rules”. “You can’t leave with the food”. We understand if there are issues but his level of nastiness was completely uncalled for. Allen, here is you rule for you: Change career paths."
"Absolutely the worst just close the whole place make white work rude"
"Food was shown as "ready" on the app, but when we arrived it was not. Other customers were prioritized over our order that should have been finished before we even got there. All of the food was placed in a tiny bag that ripped and dropped all of the food on to the ground, and the employees proceeded to LAUGH at the fact that all of our food fell and we were left picking it up. Absolutely disgusting behavior from whoever worked a shift on 10/8/23 between 6:30PM and 7:15PM."
"Yesterday afternoon my car broke down in front of this location and I was stuck there for almost 6 hours. I am beyond impressed with the staff members at this subway. The staff checked on me, offered me a phone charger, to buy me a sandwich and a drink and some of the guys even came out to take a look at my car. The energy they had was admirable. As a service industry worker myself I know the hard work these guys do daily and the fact that they went so out of their way to help a stranger will go a long way in this lifetime. I’m so grateful for the respect and kindness I was shown. Shoutout subway!! You guys rock."
"Did not change gloves when stepping away in the middle of making my sandwich. I asked for provolone cheese and was given one slice broken into pieces. I didn't realize until I got home and something wasn't right."
